Here is the proposed layout for PSoE land use. With your support we atheistically envision the following:

• Admin Space
o A 9,000 sq. ft. matching addition on the back of the basic structure for gym/auditorium space. In adding this we will be able to maximize the current building for classrooms.

• Gym Addition
o A 10,000 sq ft matching addition on to the front of the basic structure for admin space. In adding this we will be able to maximize the current building for classrooms.

• Geo-Play
o A playground made up of abstract and geometric architecture to enhance educational reach as our children play.

• Give Forward Garden
o A “Give Forward Garden”. This is a garden that your children will manage and grow. This garden will teach your children how to give forward.

• Reflections Pond
o A “Reflections Pond”. This pond will be stocked and managed by our children and staff. The pond will provide our children another place to learn about a diverse section of the eco-system. It will be only a few feet deep and enclosed with in a locked fence and alarm on it.

• Wind Turbine
o A 100-150 Wind Turbine that will use the wind‘s energy and convert it into power. Once enough power is collected PSoE will be able to take itself off the IPL “grid” for “X” time. This reduces the overall carbon footprint of PSoE and teaches our children about how to manage the environment and give forward.

• Nature Path
o This path will link all of the aforementioned sections within the 9 acre layout. The layout is not set as we are still working on flow.

We hope these descriptions and renderings help you better understand the vision for our children! With NESCO, KIB, other local organizations, businesses and foundations, and your continued support, PSoE will be a success and the first school in Indiana with a Wind Turbine and Give Forward Garden– teaching our children to respect their environment, themselves and others.
